wood-processing factory , we can provide you with the demanded kinds
of veneers. There are two kinds of veneer
slicing machines , which are capable of slicing
and rotary slicing. Together with our
most experienced technicians , we can provide veneers with the thickness
from 0.15mm to 2.2mm. In order to keep our veneers at the best condition
possible , we dry them immediately with our brand new dryer.
Getting rid of excess water in the veneers , so that they can be
stored for a longer time while maintaining the best quality. On
the other hand , the adhesiveness between the MDF board and the
veneer of our plywood is been well controlled by using both the
cold and hot press. Then to make the surface of the plywood
to be as smooth as possible, our sanding machines
are there to do the job. So with a complete set of the most
appropriate machines and strict QCs , we are always able to provide
you with the most satisfactory products.
